Return policy

Our flexible return policy allows you to return any items to us within 30 days of purchase. We encourage customers to carefully consider each item before buying, which is why we do not offer free returns and charge a $15 return fee on all orders.

To return any unwanted items, please send the item(s) back to us in their original wrapping and packaging, along with a filled-out return slip attached. A return slip is included in each order.

If you do not have a return slip, please include the following details in your return package or email to us:

• Order ID
• Registered email address
• Phone number

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will inspect the items and, if they pass inspection, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. The $15 return fee will be deducted from the refund total. If your return does not pass inspection, you will receive an email notification from us.

We aim to process all returns within 7 business days from when our warehouse receives them.
