Return policy

Our flexible return policy allows you to return any equipment to us free of charge within 90 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to send the item(s) back to us in their original wrapping and packaging, along with a filled-out return slip attached.

If you do not have a return slip, please include the following details in your return package or email to us:

• Order ID
• Registered email address
• Phone number

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will inspect the items and, if they pass inspection, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used to make the order. If your return does not pass inspection, you will receive an email notification from us.

We aim to process all returns within 15 business days from when our warehouse receives them.
